We Are Accepting New Patients

We are excited to announce that our team is accepting new patients on a limited basis. Please read the following information carefully:

Enrolment is offered Online Only

Enrolment is available exclusively through our website. Please do not call our reception staff, as they are unable to provide information or assist with the enrolment process in any way.

Eligibility Criteria

• New patients must be residents of Ontario and must hold a valid OHIP card.
• To honour our mandate, we are prioritizing francophone patients who wish to receive services in French.
• Propective patients do not currently have a family physician

Enrolment Process

• We will be enrolling approximately 2,500 new patients over the course of 2025 and 2026.
• Enrolment slots will be released on Sundays at 6:00 PM.
• New slots may not be available every Sunday, however, when slots are released, it will always be on Sundays.
• Our next enrolment dates are scheduled for March 30th and April 6th.

Please note that the demand for enrolment requests during our first release dates has been extremely high; Spots have been allocated in less than 1 minute. Rest assured our registration portal is working.
